These Terms govern your use of Bond (the "app"), provided by Forager Lab ("we," "us"). By using Bond, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
To use Bond you need to sign in with Apple. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your Apple ID secure. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
You agree to use Bond only for its intended purpose — keeping records about the dogs in your care and sharing those records with people you choose. You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the content you put into Bond (pet photos, notes, logs, etc.). By using Bond, you grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to store, display, and sync that content to you and the people you share with — nothing more. We don't claim ownership and we don't use your content for anything else.
When you invite a co-owner or caregiver to a pet, they gain the ability to view and log care for that pet. Co-owners can additionally edit pet details and invite others. You can revoke access at any time from the pet's sharing screen. You are responsible for only inviting people you trust with this information.
Bond is a record-keeping and reminder tool, not a medical device or veterinary service. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any illness. Reminders and refill alerts are provided as a convenience and may fail due to device settings, OS behavior, or delivery delays — you should not rely on Bond alone for time-critical medication schedules. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical questions about your dog, and do not change your dog's care based solely on Bond's calculations.
We work to keep Bond reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be available at all times. We may update the app, change features, or discontinue functionality. Material changes that affect your data will be communicated in advance where practical.
Bond is free to use, including one pet, all core logging (medications, meals, walks, wellness checks, incidents, vitals), condition monitors, and 90 days of visible history. Bond Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks unlimited pets, caregiver sharing for up to 5 people, full unlimited history, and PDF vet reports.
Pricing. Bond Plus is offered as a monthly subscription (US $2.99 / ¥300 in Japan) or an annual subscription (US $24.99 / ¥2,500 in Japan). Pricing in other regions is set by Apple based on App Store regional pricing. The price shown in the app at the time of purchase is authoritative.
Free trial. New subscribers to the annual plan receive a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan does not include a trial. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your Apple ID will be charged the annual price.
Auto-renewal. Bond Plus subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are billed to the Apple ID associated with your purchase. Your subscription continues until you cancel.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or via the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep Bond Plus access until then.
Family Sharing. Bond Plus supports Apple Family Sharing. If a family organizer subscribes, eligible members of their Apple Family receive Bond Plus on their own Apple ID at no additional cost.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple, and refund requests must be submitted through Apple's standard refund process at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.
Caregivers and Bond Plus. Bond Plus is owner-paid: the person who owns a pet's record needs Bond Plus for that pet to support more than 90 days of history, caregiver sharing, and PDF reports. Caregivers and co-owners you invite to a Bond Plus pet receive full access to that pet's features without needing their own subscription. They would only need their own Bond Plus subscription if they want unlimited features for pets they themselves own.
Changes to pricing or features. We may change Bond Plus pricing or features. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes affecting their subscription with reasonable advance notice, and changes will not affect the current paid period. Continued subscription after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You can stop using Bond and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the service. On termination, the rights you grant us end and your data is deleted (as described in our Privacy Policy), except where we're required to retain it.
Bond is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data will be preserved without loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law (including, where applicable, Japan's Consumer Contract Act), Forager Lab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, for the free tier, is zero). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence under Japanese law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Bond will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants you rights that can't be waived by contract (including without limitation the EU, UK, California, and Japan's Consumer Contract Act), those rights still apply.
This disclosure is provided in accordance with Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act (特定商取引法).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Forager Lab（以下「当社」）が提供するBond（以下「本アプリ」）の使用に関する規約を定めるものです。本アプリを使用することにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意されない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。
本アプリを使用するには、Sign in with Appleでサインインする必要があります。お客様はご自身のアカウントの活動と、Apple IDのセキュリティ維持について責任を負います。アカウントが不正利用された可能性がある場合は、速やかに当社までご連絡ください。
本アプリは、お客様のお世話する犬の記録を保存し、信頼できる方とその記録を共有するという本来の目的のためにのみ使用してください。以下の行為を禁じます：
お客様は、本アプリに入力したコンテンツ（ペットの写真、メモ、記録など）に関するすべての権利を保持します。本アプリの使用にあたり、お客様は当社に対して、当該コンテンツをお客様および共有相手に保存・表示・同期するために必要な、限定的・非独占的な権利のみを付与します。当社はコンテンツの所有権を主張せず、他の目的に使用することもありません。
共同オーナーやケア仲間をペットに招待されると、その方はそのペットのケアの閲覧と記録ができるようになります。共同オーナーはさらに、ペットの詳細を編集したり、他の方を招待することもできます。ペットの共有画面からいつでもアクセスを取り消すことができます。お客様は、信頼できる方のみを招待する責任を負います。
Bondは記録とリマインダーのためのツールであり、医療機器や獣医サービスではありません。病気の診断、治療、予防を行うものではありません。リマインダーやリフィル通知は便宜上提供されるものであり、デバイスの設定、OSの動作、配信の遅延などにより失敗する可能性があります — 時間に厳密なお薬のスケジュールについて、Bondだけに頼らないでください。お客様の犬に関する医療上のご質問は、必ず資格を持つ獣医師にご相談ください。Bondの計算結果のみに基づいて犬のケアを変更することはお控えください。
当社はBondを安定して提供できるよう努めていますが、常時利用可能であることを保証するものではありません。アプリの更新、機能の変更、機能の終了を行うことがあります。お客様のデータに影響する重要な変更については、可能な限り事前にお知らせします。
Bondは無料でご利用いただけます。1匹のペット、すべてのコア記録機能（お薬、食事、お散歩、健康チェック、症状、バイタル）、コンディションモニター、90日間の表示履歴を含みます。Bond Plusはオプションの有料サブスクリプションで、無制限のペット数、最大5人とのケア仲間シェア、すべての履歴の表示、PDFの獣医レポートを利用できます。
料金。Bond Plusは月額（米国 $2.99 / 日本 ¥300）または年額（米国 $24.99 / 日本 ¥2,500）のサブスクリプションとして提供されます。その他の地域の料金は、App Storeの地域別価格に基づいてAppleが設定します。購入時にアプリ内に表示される料金が確定価格となります。
無料トライアル。年額プランの新規登録者は7日間の無料トライアルをご利用いただけます。月額プランにトライアルはありません。トライアル期間中は課金されません。トライアル終了前にキャンセルされない場合、サブスクリプションが開始され、年額料金がお客様のApple IDに請求されます。
自動更新。Bond Plusサブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前にキャンセルしない限り、各期間（月額または年額）の終了時にその時点での価格で自動的に更新されます。更新料金は、購入時に紐付けられたApple IDに請求されます。サブスクリプションはキャンセルされるまで継続します。
キャンセル方法。iPhoneまたはiPadの 設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション、もしくはApp Storeから、いつでもキャンセルできます。キャンセルは現在の有料期間の終了時に有効となります — それまではBond Plusへのアクセスが継続します。
ファミリー共有。Bond PlusはAppleのファミリー共有に対応しています。ファミリー管理者がサブスクリプションに登録された場合、対象のファミリーメンバーは追加料金なしで、ご自身のApple IDでBond Plusをご利用いただけます。
返金。すべての購入はAppleが処理するため、返金のリクエストはAppleの標準の返金手続き（reportaproblem.apple.com）を通じて行ってください。当社が直接返金を処理することはありません。
ケア仲間とBond Plus。Bond Plusはオーナー支払い制です。ペット記録のオーナーが、そのペットについて90日を超える履歴、ケア仲間とのシェア、PDFレポートを利用するためにBond Plusを必要とします。Bond Plusのペットに招待されたケア仲間や共同オーナーは、ご自身のサブスクリプションなしでそのペットの全機能にアクセスできます。ご自身が所有するペットで無制限機能を利用したい場合のみ、ご自身のBond Plusサブスクリプションが必要となります。
料金や機能の変更。当社はBond Plusの料金や機能を変更することがあります。既存の登録者には、サブスクリプションに影響する重要な変更を合理的な事前通知期間とともにお知らせし、現在の有料期間には影響しません。変更が発効した後にサブスクリプションを継続することは、更新された規約への同意を意味します。
設定 → アカウントを削除 から、いつでも本アプリの使用を停止し、アカウントを削除できます。当社は、本規約に違反するアカウントや、他のユーザーまたはサービスに対するリスクとなるアカウントを停止または終了する場合があります。終了時、お客様が当社に付与した権利は終了し、データは（プライバシーポリシーに記載のとおり）削除されます。ただし、当社が保持する義務がある場合を除きます。
本アプリは「現状有姿」「利用可能なまま」で提供されます。法律で許される最大限の範囲において、当社は商品性、特定目的への適合性、非侵害性を含む、明示または黙示のすべての保証を否認します。本アプリが中断なく、安全で、エラーがないこと、またはデータが損失なく保持されることを保証するものではありません。
適用される消費者保護法（日本の消費者契約法を含みます）で許される最大限の範囲において、Forager Labは本アプリの使用に起因または関連する間接的、付随的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害、または利益、収益、データの損失について責任を負いません。本アプリに関するいかなる請求についても、当社の総責任は、請求の前12か月間にお客様が当社に支払った金額（無料プランの場合はゼロ）を超えないものとします。本規約は、日本法上の故意または重過失に対する責任など、法律上制限することができない責任を制限するものではありません。
本規約は、抵触法の規則を考慮することなく、日本法に準拠します。本規約またはBondの使用に起因または関連する一切の紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。契約により放棄できない権利（EU、英国、カリフォルニア州、および日本の消費者契約法に基づく権利を含みますがこれらに限定されません）を付与する法域の消費者である場合、その権利は引き続き適用されます。
本表記は、特定商取引法（特商法）に基づく事業者情報の開示です。
当社は本規約を随時更新することがあります。更新する際は、上記の「最終更新日」を更新し、必要に応じてアプリ内でお知らせします。変更が発効した後の継続使用は、新しい規約への同意を意味します。
